Smiller is a company specialized in the development and production of invisible orthodontic aligners. The goal of this project was to design an intuitive and accessible platform (web and mobile) that enables dentists to monitor and manage their patients’ treatments.
Beyond functioning as a digital medical record, the system was designed to support end-to-end operations, including tracking the logistics of aligner production and delivery, as each order is manufactured on demand.

During the design process, the main challenge was not only to create a digital platform, but to develop a comprehensive dental medical record system. Each medical specialty has its own complexities, and dentistry is no exception: every one of the 32 teeth matters, and each patient’s case is unique.
To address this, we designed a scalable and flexible system capable of adapting to a wide range of clinical scenarios, ensuring that dentists could accurately document, monitor, and manage each treatment with precision and efficiency. The final system was designed as a scalable platform capable of supporting both clinical needs and business operations. Dentists can access a centralized dashboard to manage all patients, filter them by treatment status, and track their progress throughout the entire care journey.
Each patient profile combines a comprehensive digital medical record with real-time logistics tracking, providing full visibility into treatment and aligner delivery status. Additionally, the platform integrates seamlessly with dental 3D visualization tools, payment systems, and other essential services, creating a unified and efficient workflow for dental professionals.
