Helper is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot designed for multiple use cases in e-commerce. It supports tasks such as answering customer questions, enabling self-checkout, and handling order cancellations. The chatbot has two main touchpoints: WhatsApp and a website widget, allowing customers to interact with it seamlessly. In the first image below, you can see user interaction data, and in the second, the WhatsApp integration showing a user requesting a refund.

The main challenge was working with rapidly evolving technologies such as Large Language Models and their applications. Additionally, a key difficulty was building the platform while effectively aligning it with business opportunities. One of the biggest challenges was designing the user flow, as it required mapping all the actions the chatbot could perform and their possible outcomes.

The final result is a scalable, multi-functional platform that tracks and analyzes customer interactions with the chatbot, transforming them into actionable business insights. It empowers business owners to continuously improve chatbot performance by uploading custom content and training it based on their specific needs.
The platform also offers a high level of customization, allowing brands to tailor the chatbot’s behavior, tone of voice, and interface to ensure a consistent and seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
